💎 EAUVÉA Beauty Return Policy
Out of respect for the hygiene and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty and skincare products once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@eauveabeauty.com and include a photo of the unopened product and packaging.
Once your claim is reviewed, we will gladly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Please note that unauthorized returns cannot be processed and will not be accepted.
✨ Other Products
For items that do not fall under skincare or cosmetics (such as accessories, tools, or non-beauty products), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To start your return, please email support@eauveabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.
Returned items must be:

unused and unworn,

in their original, undamaged packaging,

and include all original labels.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
Once the return has been received and approved, any refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
